Raise your Vibrational Frequency

A wonderful way to support and encourage greater balance and peace in your life is to be more aware of the subtle, yet profound ways that food is affecting us every day, on a physical, mental and emotional level.

For example, eating heavy, dense food can leave us feeling heavy and dense, lowers the vibrational field. Whereas eating more light and vibrant foods encourage us to feel more light and more vibrant!

We make life much easier for ourselves on all levels when we give our body optimum foods that require minimum of effort to digest whilst giving maximum possible nutrition and life-force

OPTIMUM FOODS

All fresh, ripe fruit and vegetables (raw and local is ideal)

Sprouted seeds, grains and beans (e.g. sunflower seeds, quinoa, mung beans)

Sea Vegetables (e.g. spirulina, dulse, wakame, nori)

Superfoods (e.g. hemp seeds, goji berries, wheatgrass, vita-Mineral greens)

Cultured Foods (e.g. sauerkraut, tempeh, kefir, miso)


SIMPLE DIET SUGGESTIONS

Removing meat from your diet is essential

Lower your own environmental impact: it's green to go vegetarian

Try replacing caffeinated drinks with herb teas (there are hundreds) or simple, pure water. Water is essential for our bodies, and carries toxins out of the blood stream, so drink as much water as you can enjoy throughout the day. It balances out the dryness from cooked meals. Also watery fruits help to hydrate the body.

Try replacing cows milk dairy products with sheep or goat milk products instead. It is more easily digested by your stomach.

Hemp seed milk is my favorite, or Soya or rice milk is another tasty alternative.

Wheat can be especially hard work for the stomach, so try breads made with rye or corn or even rice flour. Tasty alternatives are there if you look for them! Rice cakes and oat cakes are good with spreads. If you must have wheat, choose whole grain.

Try replacing refined sugar with raw agave syrup, raw honey, maple syrup or barley malt. Foods with sugar tend to overstress the body. Sweet ripe fruit often beats any sugar cravings.

Listen to your stomach - it speaks wisdom! If you eat when you really feel hunger, it improves digestion and energy levels. Eating just enough food to feel satisfied also greatly helps in this respect.

Always take your time with food. Try to eat when you feel relaxed and take your time to taste, chew and appreciate every mouthful. You will enjoy it more, and need less of it!

Smoothies (blended foods) are a great way to eat more in less time, and are very helpful for the stomach, as most of its work is already done. Try anything blended with water, fruit juice or soy milk. Avocados and bananas make very good smoothies. Experiment.

DETOXING AND FASTING

After many years of unhealthy eating - with respect to the foods eaten and our emotional state when eating - our bodies carry physical and emotional toxins that can hinder the expression of our full life-force, and subsequently, our happiness.

There are many simple and enjoyable ways that we can begin to let go of these limiting toxins from our bodies, and regain the vitality and enthusiasm for life that is our natural state.

SIMPLE DETOX SUGGESTIONS

First thing in the morning, drink a glass of warm water with squeezed lemon juice, and honey if needed. This flushes out toxins released during the night and balances the body.

One day a week, give your stomach a much needed rest. Have a day drinking just blended smoothies, or just fresh fruit juice, or ideally drinking just water (lots).

Eating raw food is detoxifying in itself - especially watery, juicy fruits. Buy a book on raw food preparation (you will be surprised by the possibilities!), and try a few days eating uncooked meals. A week is ideal.

Milk thistle extract is a wonderful liver cleanser. A few drops in water every day will help your liver greatly. It is available from health food shops and pharmacists.

Saunas, steam rooms and jacuzzis encourage a greater rate of detoxification. Be gentle, don't push yourself too far beyond what is comfortable.

Finally, relaxing as much as possible really helps your body detoxify. Take baths, go for walks, simply breathe, or do whatever puts you in a peaceful state. Relaxation of the mind and body is the key to greater health and happiness. Aim to be in a relaxed state from morning until night, and then observe what thoughts take you away from that state of relaxation. Detoxify your mind as well as your body.

The Okinawin's say that their Secret to a long happy life is eating from their own organic gardens, and, loving and laughing EVERYDAY!!

We have been eating from our bursting organic garden (we water it with restructured water that circulates around a 12 sided Marcel Vogel crystal...infused with LOVE!!!) We are feeling so amazingly healthy and full of energy lately!! I must say, working in the garden everyday is one of the most joyous activities that I can think of!!!

We have been vegetarian and RAW for awhile now and CAN FEEL the difference in our inner peace!!



Also...David Wolfe has written a awesome book on optimum foods for our radiant health...it is called, "Eating for Beauty".

Day 45~
Hi you all~ Things are going well. Last night I had my first cooked meal. I felt the urge for a hot supper, so I fixed organic french lentils. I add a touch of garlic, carrots and dinosaur kale.

To be honest, I overate it and had more then I needed. I ought to have ate about a cup or less. But I ate 2 servings! This is one of the downfalls of cleansing, and I am the first to admit it. However it is all OK, I am back on track with staying on the lighter fare, mostly I have been living on sprouted seeds, the green drinks and salads. Made some flaxseed crackers. I am doing really good with all that.
Just reporting about the Lentil Stew because it is easy to do after a long cleanse, or any cleanse. Overeating....getting too full. It is totally uncomfortable thing to do! So stick to your slow foods is the message I am sending, slow steady eating and NO fast food!

Day 40!! Yipee! Made it thru the 40 day cleanse~ I am very proud of myself for doing it again......
I am making a big batch of my favorite Raw Granola recipe, sprouted seed, buckwheaties. I will go back to my regular way of eating mostly raw, buckwheaties w/ hemp seed milk for breakfast and a green drink smoothie for lunch and a nice salad with sunflower seed pate, or tempeh for dinner. Mostly seeds, fruits, veges and nuts, a little bit of cooked rice, legumes occasionally. That is about the regular diet I eat. Maybe an occasional splurge. I am just looking forward to eating again. Although this discipline has been very empowering and completely valuable physically because I cured the carpel tunnel issues I was having! Now it is just sticking with the good dance/yoga routine I have reestablished and staying in the healthy way of being. When one is cleansing it all goes to the head for brain power.....It is so cool to do this kinda thing...I am glad I did it this time, since I really had to face the issues of my old self and feeling the lack and limitation things coming up around this financial recession or whatever it is~ So thank you all for the support thru it.....we are on to better times I feel.

Day 35~ Wow..5 more days left of this amazing 40 day cleanse! So much has happened since I began this journey within.
It is really not a difficult thing to do to cleanse on Superfoods. For instance right now I am drinking my latest version of a superfood Orange Julius , Hemp seeds, frozen banana, water, bee pollen, goji berries and orange essential oil 4 drops, all blended in the vita mix. It really doesn't get any better that this! Totally delicious, power packed with protein and energy. This drink is more substance then the green smoothie. I am adding more dense types of drinks and raw soups in now as I wind down to the last few days. It has been a very wonderful cleanse and yes I am looking forward to eating meals again! Full Moon on Tuesday and then ending the cleanse in Friday the 13th.

Day 33~ Time is winding down and I am at day 33! Auspicious time indeed for me. Lots going on we are going into a venus retrgrade period. More housekeeping to come ahead. The innerworld within me is going full steam ahead while I finish now the last week of my 40 day cleanse. I am looking forward to eating solid food again. Although the superfood nutrition I am taking in the green drinks and soups have been sustaining me this whole way easily. I really haven't even lost much weight, which is good for me because I did not need to lose anymore. I think if I had been overweight, the weight would have adjusted accordingly.

When I eat it will be raw soups, salads, seeds and nuts primarily.

Day 29~
Today is the 29th and I celebrated with a Raw Soup of Cucumber, avocado, hemp seeds, sunflower sprouts, lemon, sea salt and a dash flaxseed oil. Blended together in the vita-mix with filtered water added to the right consistency.
Then I blended some jalapeno pepper with a bit of cilantro for a topping and heat...and boy oh boy what a treat for me!

This is how live Fusion is happening! Right in my Vita Mix. The next ten days will be about adding more of these Live Fusion creations to the mix so I am slowly working my way to eating again at the end of the forty days. This has been a remarkable cleanse.

Day 27th~
Oh my Goddess! This is the 27th day of the cleanse~Venus and the Moon are hanging out together~And I and Moldavite have reconnected and I am in a state of Soul Union. It is all such an amazing time! I am totally great and really happy about it! I am buzzing on Bee Pollen and Green! Everything including the Moldavite is Coming on green, and I am birthing in a new reality~

Truly unbelievable how grace is pouring down right now. We are truly blessed indeed!

Much Love on the HOME stretch for sure, just 13 days to go.
