This is a great idea, thank you.

I've only spent a short amount of time doing this and it was first with a group (CSETI.org) and later by myself.

I've only made contact through first raising my own consciousness and remote viewing the contact event take place in meditation and later have it play itself out with it's many surprises.

Well I guess it can't get any easier than to allot a few minutes, a few times a day, to meditate love and peace and to allow ourselves to connect to cosmic consciousness.

Everyone has their preferable way of connecting. I personally have used the Pranayam, Unity Breath, Merkaba, and then a guided cosmic consciousness meditation to remotely take me to 'Oneness' where with a blank and opened mind one can be shown the contact event taking place.

From this place of 'Oneness' you can allow for contact to manifest itself and visually guide them back to your physical 3D location.

There are many tools a group can use to begin interacting with the ships at at distance. Once the visitors feel that everyone in the area is in the right state of consciousness they may manifest so long as that fear is not present.

Unconditional Love is key and a sense of Universal Peace must be attained in order to not allow fear to polarize our perceived differences. We must first learn to see beyond our own differences before we can achieve this.

With enough practice in tuning into Cosmic Consciousness and Remote Viewing and with a group of spiritual attuned folks anything is possible.

Each of us should do this with our own groups in our own regions. Begin making contact in small steps. The more of us who do so will eventually turn the tide and mass contact can occur.
